South Africa is finally the No.1 destination - thanks to Brexit! How the falling pound isn't all bad news.

The freeing of Nelson Mandela, the 2009 British Lions Tour, the 2010 World Cup - all have been moments which were expected to trigger South Africa's emergence as a major long-haul destination for the British.

They didn't. But over the next year the breakthrough is finally set to happen. The reason? Brexit.

While Britain post referendum has seen substantial falls in the value of the pound against other major currencies, Sterling has performed a little better against the rand.
